Shah Rukh Khan’s intolerance remarks Affects Raees’ shoot in Bhuj!
In December a year ago, workers of right wing organisations had staged demonstration in Gujarat against Khan Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) members today protested against the continuing shooting of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s movie Raees in the district, for his earlier comments on “intolerance”.
Around 20-30 VHP activists demanded withdrawal of the permission given for the shooting of the picture and had handed over a memorandum to district officials. They protested Collector’s office pressing for the exact same requirement, now. They also combusted and ripped and shouted slogans against the performer his posters.
“He should believe, living in this state which gave him name, fame and wealth; if he goes on speaking about nonexistent intolerance, the VHP will never forgive,” Gujarat VHP general secretary Ranchod Bharwad said.
“Now there’s news that the Hindu temple was attacked and vandalised in Pakistan.
In December a year ago, workers of right wing organisations had staged demonstration against Khan in Gujarat, Rajasthan states and called for a boycott of his movie “Dilwale” on an identical problem.
